Despite all the hype back in the day, I never dedicated much time playing Halo. As soon as Microsoft bought Bungie and the project was diverted to XBox, I lost interest. One thing, however, about all Bungie products that shines brightly are their original scores. The music in every Bungie game I have ever played (Oni, Myth, Myth II, Halo, Marathon) has been spectacular. I've become a dork for Video Game music, and bands covering old game music (Generic, Minibosses, MetroidMetal...) I ran across this jewel on Ananadtech.com, a tech forum I frequent.
